1. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to product availability. Prices are shown in Saudi Riyal (SAR) unless stated otherwise and are confirmed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment partner; House of Arabs does not store your full card details.

2. Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or public holidays. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

3. Returns & Refunds

Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

4. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and will notify you before processing any affected order.

5. Limitation of Liability

House of Arabs is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products, except where required by applicable law.
