Shipping

We currently ship to Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and the wider Gulf region. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and arrive within 3–7 business days after that, depending on your location and the courier used by our fulfillment partner.

You'll receive a tracking code once your order ships — use it on our Track Order page along with the email you used at checkout.

Returns

If something isn't right, most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they're unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, message us on WhatsApp or by email with your order details.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect a returned item, your refund is issued to the original payment method. This typically takes 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
